A step-by-step guide to bidding with RVA Auction Pros.
In order to bid you need to create an account. This allows you to keep all of your invoices with us in one place, and you only have to do it once. Account creation is only necessary if you would like to bid, not if you’re just looking to browse.
This step will need to be completed for each auction you want to participate in. We do this to ensure you’re aware of important information that changes between different auctions, like the close date and time, inspection and removal information, and the terms and conditions.
Now you’re ready to bid! Our bidding software lets you either set a high bid and have the software automatically bid for you, or you can manually input your bids. You can track which items you’ve placed bids on within the auction and you’ll receive email notifications when you’ve been outbid.
We always recommend attending an auction preview if it’s offered. If an auction you’re interested in does not have a preview scheduled, please reach out with any questions.
In the event you’re the winning bidder we will charge the card you have on file the total amount on your invoice. Once payment is received we will send out information regarding removal.
When you receive your invoice there will be the opportunity to schedule a time to pick up your items during the designated removal window.
Show up on time and ready with any funds, tools, or equipment that may be needed to pick up your items.
Now you've got the hang of it! There is no limit on the number of auctions you can participate in at any given time.
